Apply for a meaningful part-time job, summer job, and/or monthly employment in healthcare and social services! We are looking for substitutes for home care, several nursing homes, and support services for people with disabilities both now and in the summer.

Working hours vary between our services, and shifts may occur during the day, evening, and night, as well as on both weekdays and weekends. Night work may involve either sleeping on duty or being awake at night. To see what applies to the specific service you are interested in, we refer you to the respective ad.

Job Responsibilities
The tasks are diverse and depending on the area of service (home care, nursing home, or support services) they may differ slightly. Common to all is that:
- You work closely with personal care and hygiene as well as accompaniment
- You need to handle medications, some of which require a delegation training that we provide
- You need to be able to be low-key in your approach

Summer employment, temporary employment, and/or need-based employment, what suits you?
Summer employee (monthly employment):
If you want to work in the summer, you will receive a monthly employment. You will work on a schedule during the summer period when regular staff are on vacation. You need to be able to attend short training sessions during the spring and have the opportunity to shadow regular staff for training before the summer employment begins.
Temporary employment starting as early as spring 2026 (monthly employment):
You will work on a schedule between 75-100% during a continuous period. This position is suitable for you who can start working as a substitute on a fixed schedule in the municipality already in spring and who can continue working during the summer as a summer employee (monthly employment). It suits you who want to work a lot and do not have any other commitments.
Need-based employment (hourly substitute):
You work as needed on an hourly basis throughout the year, for example, during sick leave, peak workloads, or when there are vacant positions. This suits you who cannot or do not want to commit to a fixed position, are studying, or have other commitments and can work as an hourly substitute.
In Partille municipality, we have a full-time measure of 37 hours for day and evening work, 34 hours for night work.

Good to know
To be called for an interview, you must be able to present a passing grade in Swedish 1 at the high school level or equivalent. If this is missing, you will have to take a digital language test.
If you are applying for a position in home care, you also need to bring a valid driver's license.
